I used Chicago Comfort HVAC Services when my furnace suddenly started giving out a burning smell — Jon was amazing. They are professional, arriving on time and explaining everything in detailed fashion. They keep their work place clean and are very affordable. I cannot recommend their services enough. They are amazing, professional, courteous, and affordable.

Jon’s troubleshooting and resolution skills are PHENOMENAL — he literally went above and beyond to make sure that I had a working furnace. I spent the last week without heat and Jon came in, worked with me, kept his promise, and made sure everything was resolved. I truly appreciate it!

Comfort HVAC installed my furnace FOR HALF the price of what Four Seasons wanted to charge me — without sacrificing quality, expertise, or ethics. They diagnosed my furnace, explained the problems clearly, and even took the time to explain everything to my insurance company. This company has all the HVAC companies beat. Get a second opinion from Comfort HVAC and save some money.

From the initial quote to the final install I had a great experience with the Chicago Comfort team. Jon provided a variety of furnace and AC options to meet my needs and budget. I appreciated their online system that sent me alerts on the status of my proposals and tech visit. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

John immediately knew what was wrong with our very old AC unit, was honest about the costs, and gave us options. John and George came the same day, had the correct part, and repaired the AC unit within minutes. He also offered his services for when we are ready to replace it. Thank you John and George!

I will highly recommend the two gentlemen that fixed my furnace — they saw things that not even Four Seasons saw and patched up holes Four Seasons didn’t even notice. They were thorough, skilled, and went above and beyond for my home. I highly recommend them greatly for your home heating and cooling services.
